Real estate agency under new management

BRIDGETOWN'S Harcourts Real Estate Agency has had a change of ownership. The father and son team of John and Kendall Ranieri will continue to build upon the success of this local business.

Outgoing owners John and Beth Evans would like to thank all their clients and contractors for the continuing trust and support over the past eight years.

After a short break, John will return to the office as a sales consultant.

John Ranieri has been involved in property sales and project management for six years in the Perth area. Prior to this he owned a successful land surveying business for 23 years, before selling to a large multi-national company.

He was employed as a property services manager with them for 11 years. His 40 years of experience in the real estate development industry will provide an invaluable service to investors, developers, sellers and buyers in the South West region.

Kendall Ranieri joins the company with more than eight years experience in the real estate industry. Having worked both for large franchise agencies and being part owner of a successful boutique agency in Perth, Kendall has an excellent knowledge of real estate matters.

Four years ago Kendall left the real estate industry and started Innerspace Renovations, specialising in kitchen and bathroom renovations, landscaping and full home interior refurbishments.

After buying a property in Bridgetown in 2008, Kendall moved to the area at the start of last year. He and his father John are excited at the prospect of continuing the success of this great local business.
