The volume of the Estonian real estate market in November 2012 was smaller than in October, but the number of transactions was still higher than in November 2011, writes Äripäev.ee/LETA, citing the real estate market overview compiled by the real estate agency Uus Maa.
According to the Land Board, there were a total of 3,176 purchase and sale transactions with real estate carried out in Estonia in November, which is 9.6% less than in October. On the other hand, the number of transactions is 2.9% higher than the same indicator in November 2011.
Despite the month-on-month decline in the number of transactions, the total financial volume of transactions stayed on the average level for the entire year.
